1. Henry Threlfall for laying Rubbish in the ffishergate & if he do not remove the same upon notice We amerce him in three shillings & four pence.

2. Mr Richard Butler? for a Stone Step at the Dwelling House in possession of Miss Martin's projecting too far into the Street there and do order him to cut it off on a Line with the Rails which We refer to Mr Mayor to give directions that it be done.

3. Mr Nicholas Walmsley, Mr Luke Astley, Mr Worthington and Mr Batty for severally laying their Muck Middings in the King's Highway below ffishergate Barrs between the said Barrs and the Almshouses which very much Straiten & Obstruct the said Road & are a Comon Nusance And if they do not severally remove their said Middings in a ffortnight after Notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.

4. Mr John Batty? and William Young for not repairing the Plat at the bottom of the Green Croft in the Comon ffoot Road there leading from the ffishergate Lane thro the said Croft and the ffields adjoining to the ffishergate And if not repaired in a ffortnight after notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d.

5. James Holcroft for laying Pigg Iron and letting his Cart stand out all night in the Public Street in the ffryergate near to his House And if not removed upon Notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

6. John Dickinson for want of a Cellar Rail at his Dwelling House in ffryergate and for laying Timber in the Street there And if he do not fix up a Cellar Rail there and remove the said Timber in a Week after notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

7. James Greaves, William Harrison and Rowland Plant for severally laying their Muck Middings in the back lane and if not severally removed in a Week after notice We amerce them in 3s. 4d. each

8. William Morriley? for laying a Midding in the Back weend and also for laying Timber there And if not removed in a Week after Notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.

9. James Edmundson, Thomas Grundy and Henry Brewer for severally laying their Middings in the Backweend And if they do not severally remove them in a Week after notice we amerce them in 3s. 4d. each.

10. The Scavinger of this Town for not carrying away the Dirt ??? out of the Backweend and for the like at Churchgate Barrs.

11. The Bailiffes of this Borough for not repairing the Pavement in the Backweend and also for the like Offence between Churchgate barrs and the Church And if not repaired in a Month after Notice We amerce them in 39s. 11d.

12. The Bailiffes for not repairing the Pump at Goosewell in Churchgate and for not repairing the Syke near the School House comonly called Kendal Well And if they are not repaired in a month after Notice We Amerce them in 39s. 11d.

13. Mr Edwd Melling & Mr Robert Calland for laying their Muck Middings in Saint John's Lane And if they do not severally remove the same in a Week after notice We amerce them in 3s. 4d. each.

14. Mr Thos Wilson Grocer for laying a Heap of Rubbish in Saint John's Lane & order the same to be removed imediatly after notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

15. Mr John Gibson for not opening and scouring his Ditch adjoining to the Road leading to the poor house And if not opened & scoured in a ffortnight after notice We Amerce him in 3s. 4d.

16. Joseph Worthington for not lopping his Hedge over agt the Schoolhouse And if not done in a week after notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.
