1. Mr Wareing for a Parcel of Bricks lying in the Street. If not removed in Ten Days after Notice is given him We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.

2. Mr Roger ffishwick for not raising the Causway betwixt Thomas Holmes and the Poor House. If not done in Ten Days after Notice is given him We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.

3. The Bailiffs for not repairing the Pinfold wall & for not Repairing the Pavement in the Anchor weend and the Back weend as far as Mr Pedders Warehouse & repairing the Causway at the Sike near the School house and likewise the Cawsway near Mr Mayor's. If not done in Twenty Days after Notice is given We amerce them in 39s. 11d.

4. The Supervisors fo the Highways for not repairing the Cawsway betwixt the Barrs and Joseph Brays Garding. If not done in Twenty Days after Notice is Given we Amerce them in Twenty Shillings.
