1. The Bailiffs of the said Borough for not repairing the Pavement in the Cockerhole, and if not repaired within one Month after Notice We do amerce them in the Sum of ffive pounds.

2. John Holme Gardiner for not repairing a Sough lying betwixt Mr Gibsons ffield and Titmouse Orchard near the Poor House and if not repaired within a Month after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of twenty Shillings.

3. Thomas Topping for not repairing a Platt near Lady Well betwixt two ffields severally in the possession of Mrs Simpson and Thomas Topping and if not repaired within a Month after Notice we do amerce him in the Sum of twenty Shillings.

4. Henry ffellows for laying Ashes and other Rubbish in the Lane leading to the House of Correction, and if not removed within a Month after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of twenty shillings.

5. The Bailiffs of the said Borough for not repairing three Pumps in the ffriergate, one Pump in the Market place and two Pumps in the Church Gate and if the same Pumps are not repaired within a week after Notice we do amerce them in the Sum of Ten Pounds.

6. Bailiffs of the said Borough for not raising or causing to be raised a Channell at the Top of the Back Weend, the same being laid so low that the water cannot pass through the Sough and if not raised or otherwise repaired within a week after Notice We do amerce them in the Sum of twenty shillings.

7. Lawrence Rawstorne Esq., for projecting ffor Spouts from two Houses severally in the possession of William Gregson and Mr Dent, the same being public Nusances, and unless the same are altered within three Months after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of ffour Pounds.

8. Ellen Gornall Widow for projecting two Spouts from the House in her own possession the same being public Nusance, and if the same are not altered within three Months after Notice We do amerce her in the Sum of fforty Shillings.

9. John Wilkinson Gentleman for projecting three Spouts from two Houses severally in the possession of Richd Addison and John Ditchfield, the same being public Nusance and if the same are not altered within three Months after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of three Pounds.

10. John Woods for projecting a Spout from the House in his own possession, the same being a Nusance, and unless the same is altered within three Months after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of twenty shillings.

11. Isabel Walmsley Widow for projecting two Spouts from the House in the possession of John Greenwood, the same being public Nusances and unless the same are altered within three Months after Notice We do amerce her in the Sum of fforty shillings.

12. Nich. Winckley Esq., for projecting two Spouts from the House in his possession, the same being public Nusance, and unless the same are altered within three Months after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of fforty shillings.

13. Elizabeth Astley Spinster, for projecting two Spouts from the House in the possession of Wm Prichard the Younger, the same being public Nusance, and unless the same are altered within three Months after Notice We do amerce her in the Sum of fforty shillings.

14. John Alsop for projecting a Spout from the House in his own possession, the same being public Nusance, and unless the same are altered within three Months after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of twenty shillings.
