1. The Bailiffs of the said Borough for not repairing the several Pumps of the said Borough for not repairing the several Pumps hereafter mentioned, to wit, the Pump near the ffriergate Barrs, the Pump in the ffishergate, the Pump in the Market place, the Pump in the Back Weend and the Pump near the Cockerhole, And unless the said several Pumps are repaired within three Months after Notice We do amerce them in the Sum of Ten Pounds.

2. The said Bailiffs for not repairing the Causeway or Pavement in the Anchor Weend, the same being out of Repair, And unless the same is repaired withintwo Months after Notice We do amerce them in the Sum of One Guinea.

3. Henry Birchall the younger of the Borough aforesaid for not removing a Quantity of Dung lying in the Street at the bottom of the ffriergate, And unless the same be removed within two days after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of ffive shillings.

4. The Supervisors of the High Roads within the Borough aforesaid for not opening, scouring or otherwise repairing a Sough at the Outside of the ffriergate Barrs, And unless the same be repaired within two Months after Notice we do amerce them in the Sum of half a Guinea.

5. Miss Wall, William Duckworth, John Bond and Mary Johnson all of the Borough aforesaid for not repairing the Causeway or pavement opposite to their several Houses in the New Street and unless the same be repaired within two Months after Notice We do amerce them severally in the Sum of thirteen Shillings and ffour pence.

6. Mr Richd Loxham and Mr Henry ffayle both of the Borough aforesaid for not repairing the Causeway or Pavement opposite to their resp[ect]ive Houses in the Cockerhole And unless the same be repaired within two Months after Notice We do amerce them in the Sum of One pound one Shilling each.

7. Richd Eastham of the Borough aforesaid Stone Cutter for laying several Stones or fflaggs in the Street at the bottom of the Churchgate, And unless the same be removed within one Month after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of half a Guinea.

8. William Dawson and John Holme both of this Borough aforesaid for not opening or scouring a Ditch or Watercourse lying in the Road behind the Poor house And unless the same be repaired within one Month after Notice We do amerce them severally in the Sum of half a Guinea.

9. Mr Thos Addison of the Borough aforesaid woolled Draper for not erecting or setting up Rails before the Cellar belonging to the House in which he now lives, And unless such Rails are set up within on Month after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of one Guinea.

10. John Orme of the Borough aforesaid Innkeeper for not erecting or setting up Rails before the Cellar belonging to the House now in his possession, and unless such Rails be set up within one Month after Notice we do amerce him in the Sum of half a Guinea.
