All Persons who are liable to pay Money for the Lands, Tenements, Woods, Tythes and Herriditaments within this Borough according to the Act made in the 13th Year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the 3rd for the Amendment and preservation of the Highways for not repairing a certain Highway within the said Borough called the Cockerhole which is very founderous and in bad Repair And if not repaired within 42 days after Notice we amerce them in £1. 19s. 11 3/4p.
