1. Mary Pilkington Widow for having three projecting Spouts affixed to her Dwelling House, and if not removed within 21 days after Notice We amerce her in 13s. 4d.

2. The Supervisors of the Highways within the said Borough for laying Rubbish in the Cockerhole, and if not removed within twenty days after Notice We amerce them in 13s. 4d.

3. The Reverend Mr Andrews for not opening and cleansing a Sough in the Tythe Barn Street And if not opened and cleansed within 21 days after Notice We do amerce him in the sum of 20s.

4. John Rideing for not repairing the Lids which cover the Steps of the Cellar belonging to his Dwelling House; and if not repaired within 14 days after Notice We amerce him in the sum if 6s. 8d.

5. John Hankinson Gentleman for not affixing Lids or Covers over the Steps of the Cellar belonging to his Dwelling House; and if Lids or Covers are not affixed over the same within 14 days after Notice We amerce him in the sum of 13s. 4d.

6. Henry Walmsley Husbandman for not repairing the Lids or Covers over the Steps of two cellars respectively in his possession, the one situation in the Market Place, and the other at the bottom of the ffriergate and if the same respectively are not repaired within 14 days after Notice We do amerce him in the sum of 13s. 4d.

7. The Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses of this Borough for not repairing the several Pumps in the ffriergate, and if the same are not repaired within 35 days after Notice We amerce them in the Sum of £5.

8. Jennet Hopwood Widow for laying Rubbish before the Door of her Dwelling House in the ffriergate, and if the same is not removed within 14 days after Notice We amerce her in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

9. Aaron Troughton Innkeeper for not affixing Lids or Covers over the Steps of two Cellars in the Market Place respectively in his possession, and if such Lids or Covers are not affixed over such cellar Steps respectively within 30 days after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of 39s.

10. Mr John Nightingale Linnen Draper for not affixing Lids or Covers over the Steps of the Cellar belonging to the Shop in his possession, and if such Lids or Covers are not affixed over the same within 14 days after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

11. John Hilton for having one projecting Spout affixed to his Dwelling House, And if the same is not removed within 21 days after Notice We do amerce him in he Sum of One Pound One Shilling.

12. Thomas ffishwick for the like Offence and if not removed within 21 days after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of £1. 1s. 0d.
