1. James Johnson junr, Richard Butler, Mr John Hinde, Mrs Mary Hoghton, Mr John Cross, Mr John Hankinson, Mr Thomas Topping, Joseph Vernon Esq., Nicholas Winckley Esq., Mr James Makon, Mr John Harlenson?, John Dalton Esq., Mr William Prichard, Mr William Green and Mr Thomas Lawson for not scouring and sufficiently cleansing the Common Shore Ditch which extends fro the Syke or Reservoir of Water near the bottom on Minspit Weend to the Bottom of the Garden in the possession of the said James Johnson, And if such Ditch or Common Shore is not sufficiently cleansed and scoured within fourteen days after Notice We do amerce them severally in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

2. Henry Thellow for laying a Dunghill in the house of Correction Weend, and if not removed within Seven days after notice, We do amerce him in the Sum of Six Shillings and Eight pence.

3. John Thompson for not setting up or affixing Lids of Rails over the Steps of his Cellar in his possession in the house of Correction Weend, for want where of dangerous accidents may happen to persons passing that Road, And unless such Lids or Rails are affixed or set up within fourteen days after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of one pound one shilling.

4. Henry Bickerstaff Gentleman for laying and suffering to be laid and continue quantities of Stones, Rubbish and Dirt near the house which he is rebuilding or repairing in the ffriergate; and if the Same are not removed in Seven days after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of one pound on shilling.

5. Richard Eastham for laying fflaggs and Stones near his house in the Church Street to the great endangering of all persons passing that way in the Night time, And if not removed within Seven days after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of One pound and one Shilling.

6. William Townshend for not repairing the Lids of the Cellar in his possession in the Market place, and if not repaired within Seven days after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of One pound one Shilling.

7. Mr Henry ffreckleton for not repairing the Lids over his Cellar in the Market place, and if not sufficiently repaired within Seven days after Notice We do amerce him in the Sum of one pound one shilling.

8. Mr James Scott for not repairing the Lids over his Cellar in the New Street, and if not sufficiently repaired within Seven days after Notice we amerce him in the Sum of one pound one Shilling.

9. Elizabeth Holland and Jane Rowe for not repairing the Lids of their Cellars in the Back Weend, And if not repaired within Seven days after Notice we amerce them in the Sum of £1. 1s. 0d. each.

10. Richard Whitehead Esq., for not repairing the Lids of his Cellar in the Church Street, and if not repaired within Seven days after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of One pound one shilling.

11. The Bailiffs of the said Borough for not opening and cleansing a Channel or Watercourse in the Back Lane leading from Mr John Slaters to Mr Peter Duttons Malt Kiln, and if not sufficiently opened and cleansed within Six Weeks after Notice We amerce them in the Sum of two pounds two shillings.

12. Mr ffrancis Chadwick, James Parker Taylor and Robert Thompson for not opening and cleansing a Sough in the ffeeble Street, And if not sufficiently opened and cleansed within one Month after Notice we do amerce them severally in the Sum of tow Guineas.

13. The Bailiffs of the said Borough of Preston for not laying a Platt or a Channel in the ffeeble Street, and if not done within one month after Notice, We amerce them in the Sum of One Guinea.

14. The said Bailiffs and the Reverend Mr Andrews for not repairing the Street or Road opposite to the Tyth Barn, which is now in great decay and want of Repair, and if not sufficiently repaired within Six weeks after Notice We amerce them in the Sim of two Guineas each.

15. The said Bailiffs for not repairing the Pump below the place where the old Barrs stood in the ffishergate, and if not repaired within fourteen days after Notice We amerce them in the Sum of One Guinea.

16. The said Bailiffs for not sufficiently flagging the Road near the Syke at the bottom of the Minspit Weend, and if not done sufficiently done within one month after Notice We amerce them in the Sum of five pounds.

17. Mr Nicholas Starkie and Mr Henry Vickars for not scouring and cleansing the Ditch or Watercourse adjoining to their respective Gardens in the Cockerhole, And if not scoured and cleansed within fourteen days after notice we amerce them severally in the Sum of One Guinea.

18. Henry Biggs for laying a large Dunghill or Midding Stead opposite to the house of Ralph Heald at the bottom of the Churchgate, by which a Watercourse obstructed and stopped and the same is a great Nuisance to all the neighbourhood, And if such Dung hill is not removed within fourteen days after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of five pounds.

19. Dorothy Crook Widow for not repairing the Lids of the Cellar in her possession in the Back Weend, And if not repaired within Seven day after notice We amerce her in the Sum of One pound one Shilling.
