1. James Johnson ans Mr Richard Butler for not scouring and sufficiently cleaning the Ditch or Watercourse at the bottom of their Gardens and if the same is not sufficiently cleaned and scoured within two Months after Notice hereof We amerce them in the Sum of five pounds severally.

2. Nicholas Winckley Esq., for not scouring and sufficiently cleansing the Ditch at the lower End of his ffield adjoining the Sykes and if not cleansed within two Months after Notice hereof We amerce him in the Sum of ffifty pounds.

3. Mr William Briggs for stopping the Water course at the lower End of ffishergate Lane leading to the River Ribble by reason whereof the Road adjoining thereto is often impassible to the great Annoyance of the Publick and if the same be not opened and amended within fourteen Days after Notice hereof We amerce him in the Sum of five pouunds.

4. Nicholas Rigby for laying dung and rubbish before his New House in the ffryergate and Back lane and if not removed in Ten days after Notice hereof We amerce him in the Sum of fifty shillings.

5. The Bailiffs of the Borough aforesaid for not repairing and amending the pavement of the Higher End of the Anchor Weend and if not sufficiently repaired within Six Months after Notice thereof We amerce them in the Sum of five pounds.

6. The Bailiffs of the said Borough for not repairing the pavement in the Tyth Barn Street and if the same be not sufficiently repaired within Six months after Notice hereof We amerce them in the Sum of Two hundred pounds.

7. Henry Vickers and Mr Wm Shawe the Younger severally for not scouring and sufficiently cleansing the Ditch or Watercourse adjoining their Gardens in the Cockerhole and if the same be not scoured and sufficiently cleansed within One Month after Notice hereof We amerce them each in the Sum of five pounds.

8. Mr Tho Wilson for not clearing and cleansing the Watercourse under the Platt at the End of his Garden or Walk and if not done within one Month after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of fforty shillings.

9. The Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses for not repairing and amending the lower End of Stonygate and if not done within four Months after Notice We amerce them in fifty pounds.

10. Mr Thomas Cooper for not repairing a foot road or way within Boltons Croft and if the same be not repaired within one Month after Notice hereof We amerce him in the Sum of five pounds.

11. Mr Richard Atherton for erecting a Stone or Post at the Corner of Richd ??? House leading into the Gin bo Entry which is a great Annoyance to his Majesty's Subjects and if not removed within Ten days after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of forty shillings.

12. Charles Townsend for suffering his Cellar Lids at his House in ffishergate to project too farr into the Street by reason whereof the ffootway or passage there is much straitned and obstructed to the great danger and inconvenience of the Publick and is a common nusance and if the same are not taken down or laid proper and convenient to pass over within One month after Notice hereof We amerce him in the sum of five pounds.

13. The Revd. Randle Andrew Andrews as Vicar of Preston for not scouring and cleansing the sewer Watercourse at the lower End of the Tyth Barn Street and if the same is not sufficiently scoured and cleansed within One Month after Notice thereof We amerce him in the Sum of fforty pounds.
