1. Edward Atherton, John Emmett and John Nightingale all of the Borough aforesaid who being severally duly summoned to serve upon the Jury at this Leet did severally make default by not attending and for such offence We do Amerce them severally in the sum of 6s. 8d.

2. The Surveyor of the High Roads within the Borough aforesaid for not repairing a Platt or Bridge opposite David Prescotts near Mr Meadows Mill within the said Borough and if the same be not repaired within 14 days after Notice we Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

3. Mr John Watson the Elder for suffering a Heap of Dung to be laid in the High way leading to the Moor in Church Street and if the same be not removing and taken away within 14 days after Notice we Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

4. The Surveyor of the High Roads within this Borough aforesaid for not opening and cleansing a Sough near Samuel Thompsons Brick croft in Ribbleton Lane and also for not repairing and cleansing a Sough in Cockerhole near a Stable in Possession of George Gregson of the Borough aforesaid and unless the said Several Soughs be sufficiently opened and cleansed and repaired within 14 days after Notice we Amerce him in the sum of 13s. 4d.

5. Thomas Harrison for not opening and cleansing a Ditch in Ribbleton lane leading from a Gate belonging to his ffield to the Sough and if the same be not sufficiently opened and cleansed within 14 days after Notice we amerce him in the sum of 6s. 8d.

6. Samuel Dawson and John Hodgson for not cleansing and opening a Ditch from the end near Samuel Thompson Brick Croft to a Sough near David Prescotts and if the same be not sufficiently cleansed and opened within 14 days after notice we do Amerce them in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

7. Thomas Moss of the Borough aforesaid for not repairing a Sough opposite the Blue Bell Church Street and if the same is not repaired within 14 days after Notice we Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

8. Nicholas Starkie of the Borough aforesaid Esq., for not cleansing a Ditch or Channell leading from the end of Cumberland Barnes House up the Cockerhole and if the same be not sufficiently cleansed within 14 days after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

9. Thomas Cooper of the Borough aforesaid Innkeeper and Samuel Thompson of the same place Bricklayer for not repairing the Road leading from the free School within the Borough aforesaid to James Thompsons Dyer and if the same be not repaired within one Month after Notice we Amerce them in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

10. John Greenwood, John Danson, Alice Dane Widdow and Thomas ffleetwood for not repairing the Cops belonging to their Gardens in the Stonygate and if the same are not sufficiently repaired within 14 days after notice We Amerce them Severally in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

11. John Watson the Elder for not repairing his Rails near the Old Syke and also for not repairing a Platt at Bottom of Almshouse Lane within the Borough aforesaid and if the same are not repaired within 14 days after Notice we do amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

12. Thomas Glover for not repairing the Road leading to Gerrard Well and if the same be not sufficiently repaired within ffourteen days we Amerce him in the Sum of £2. 2s. 0d.

13. Mrs Ann Waterworth and Thomas Glover for not sufficiently repairing a Platt at the Bottom of Mrs Waterworths Croft and if the same be not sufficiently repaired within 14 days after notice We Amerce them severally in the sum of £1. 0s. 0d.

14. James Gregson of the Borough aforesaid for suffering his Cart to Stand in the House of Correction Weend and if the same be not removed within 14 days after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

15. The Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses of this Borough for not repairing the Pump in ffryergate opposite Miss Beeches and if the same be not repaired within ffourteen days after Notice we Amerce them in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

16. John Marsden, William Pollard and Lawrence Pemberton severally for laying their Wood in the Back lane And if the same is not removed within 14 days after Notice We Amerce them in the Sum of 6s. 8d. Severally.

17. John Riding for suffering his Cart to Stand at the Old Mill End within the said Borough and also for not repairing his Cellar Lids in Back Weend and if the same be not removed and Sufficiently repaired within 14 days after Notice we Amerce him in the Sum of 20s.

18. William Roper for laying a Dunghill at the Old Mill End within the said Borough and of such Dunghill is not removed within 14 days after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

19. William Shepherd for suffering his Cart to Stand in the Back Weend and also for laying a large Dunghill in the said Street and if the same be not removed within 14 days after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

20. George Simon? for not removeing the Rubbish lying behind the Tythe Barn and if the same be not removed within 14 days after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

21. Thomas Harrison and Ralph Rainford for not repairing the Street opposite their respective Houses in ffeeble Street which is now in great Decay and want of Repair And if the same be not Sufficiently Repaired within one Month after Notice we Amerce them in the Sum of 6s. 8d. severally.

22. The Revd Randal Andrews, Clk? James, James Parker and Samuel Thompson for not repairing a Sough at the end of Feeble Street and if the same is not Sufficiently repaired within 14 days after Notice we Amerce them in the Sum of 13s. 4d. each.

23. Aaron Troughton of the Borough aforesaid for not fixing Rails or Lids to his Cellar under James Grundys Shop on the Market Place and if Rails or Lids are not fixed to the same within 14 days after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

24. Mr Francis Chadwick for not opening and Cleansing a Ditch Adjoining Bartle Duckworths Orchard and if the same be not Sufficiently opened and Cleansed within 14 days after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of five Pounds.
