1. John Jump of the Borough aforesaid Alehouse keeper for not repairing the lids of his Cellar in the ffishergate and if not repaired within 1 day after Notice We do Amerce him in the sum of 6s. 8d.

2. Charles Townsend of the Borough aforesaid Alehousekeeper for not repairing the lids of Cellar in the ffishergate And if not repaired within one day after Notice we do Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

3. Thomas Glover of the Borough aforesaid Gardiner for not affixing or laying a Proper and fit cover over his Celler in the ffishergate And if such a cover or Lid is not Affixed or Laid within one week after Notice we Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

4. Thomas Livesay of the Borough aforesaid Labourer for laying two Dung Hills in the House of Correction Weend to the great Annoyance of all persons passing that way, And if not removed within one day after Notice hereof We Amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

5. John Eccleston of the Borough aforesaid Labourer for laying two Dunghills in the House of Correction Weend to the great Annoyance of all persons passing that Way, And if not removed within one day after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

6. John Wolfe of the Borough aforesaid _____ for laying a large heap of Clay in the Friergate and if not removed immediately after Notice hereof We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

7. Nicholas Rigby of the Borough aforesaid Labourer for laying a quantity of Dung in the Back lane and if not removed within one day after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

8. Barbara Hodgkinson of the Borough aforesaid Widow for not having a Proper Cover over the first Step leading to her Cellar in the Friergate and if Such Cover is not fixed or Placed there within one day after Notice We do Amerce her in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

9. John Salisbury of the Borough aforesaid Alehouse keeper for not fixing a Proper cover over the Coal Hole of his Cellar in the Friergate and if such a Cover is not there fixed within one day after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

10. The Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses of the said Borough for not repairing the Pump in the Friergate and if not repaired within 14 days after Notice we Amerce them in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

11. William Roper of the Borough aforesaid Stone Mason for laying a Quantity of Ashes in the Back Weend and if not removed within one day after Notice we Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

12. Mr Daniel Anyon/Lyon of the Borough aforesaid Hatter for laying a Quantity of Rubbish in the Back Weend and if not removed within one day after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

13. ______ for not opening and repairing a Channell near the Old Mill in Molyneux's Square and if not opened and Sufficiently repaired within Six weeks after Notice we do Amerce _____ in the sum of 40s.

14. Mr Francis Chadwick of the Borough aforesaid Merchant and Samuel Thompson of the same place Bricklayer for not opening and Cleansing their Ditches for want whereof a Sough at the top of the Back Weend is Choaked up and the Street frequently over flown with Water and if such Ditches are not Sufficiently opened and Cleansed within 14 days after Notice We do Amerce them severally in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

15. The Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses of the said Borough for not repairing the street at the top of the Back weend And if not repaired within one Month after Notice We do Amerce them in the Sum of 20s.

16. Mr John Watson of the Borough aforesaid Merchant for not placeing sufficient rails at the bottom of his Garden near the Middle Syke for want whereof persons passing that way are in Danger of falling into the Ditch, And if Sufficient rails are not place there within one week after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

17. John Riding of the Borough aforesaid Labourer for not fixing and placing Lids or a cover over his cellar in the Back weend and if such Lids are not fixed or placed there within one week after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

18. Thomas Woodcock of the Borough aforesaid Timber Merchant for not repairing a Chimney belonging to the House in the possession of Mary Brindle Widow at the bottom of the Midspit Weend and if not Sufficiently repaired within one week after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

19. James Gregson the Elder, Thomas Heys and George Wilkinson all of the Borough aforesaid Labourers for opening and scouring a certain Watercourse leading from the River Ribble to Mr James Chetham's ffield near the Marsh and if not opened and Scoured within one Week after Notice We Amerce them Severally in the Sum of 6s. 8d.
