10. William Houghton Landlord for suffering his Wash and Slush to run in to the Sykes at Bottom of Stoney Gate And if the Channel from his Yard is not properly Soughed in one Week after Notice We amerce him in the sum of 13s. 4d.

11. John Greenwood, John Danson and Thomas Cooper for not opening and Scouring their several Watercourses in the several Gardens and if not done in one Week after Notice We Amerce them each in 6s. 8d.

12. John and William Houghton Grocers for not opening and Scouring a Ditch or Watercourse at Bottom of their Gardens adjoining the Poor house Yard and if not done in one week after Notice We Amerce them each in 6s. 8d.

13. William Brandreth for laying a quantity of Rubbish at bottom of Minspit Wient and if not removed in one day after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

14. Mr. Vernon and Mr. Cross for laying Rubbish from their Gardens into the Watercourse leading from ffolly to the Brewhouse lane, and if not removed in two days we amerce them each in 6s. 8d.

15. Mrs Butler, Mr Brandreth, James Johnson and Mr John Watson for not opening and Scouring their sevrl watercourses in the same Road near the bottom of Brewhouse Lane and if not opened and Scoured in one week after Notice We Amerce them each in 13s. 4d.

16. Thomas Glover for not repairing the foot road from the Chappel to the Platt leading to the Field now in his own possession and if not repaired in one wee after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of 13s 4d.

17. Thomas Livesay for laying a Dung Midding in the House of Correction Weint, James Gregson Senr for the like offence and if not removed in two days after Notice We Amerce them each in 6s. 8d.

18. James Gregson Junr for suffering his Cart to stand in the public street and for having no name on it 6s. 8d. and the like sum for the same offence hereafter.

19. George Taylor for suffering his Cart to stand in the back lane and also for laying his Dung Midding at Corner of back lane leading into ffriergate And if not removed in one day after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.

20. Richard Clayton for laying a Midding in back lane and if not removed in one day after Notice we amerce him in 6s. 8d.

21. Mr Richard Loxham as Steward or Agent for Mr Loveday for not putting a board over a Cellar top late in possion of Mrs Ditchfield deceased and if not done in one day after Notice We Amerce him in the sum of 6s. 8d.

22. William Gregson Landlord for suffering Mr Hargreaves Cart to stand in the Market Place every Sabath day and for every Offence after Notice we amerce him in 6s. 8d.

23. William Wyke for not putting a Spout to a certain Stone Pillar in the Shambles that the wash and slush from his House runs into the Public Street. If not done in three days after Notice we Amerce him in 6s. 8d.

24. Mrs Maudsley for not putting a board over her Cellar Steps in Cheapside and if not done in one day after Notice we amerce her in 6s. 8d.

25. Thomas Worden, Landlord at Boarshead, for suffering peoples Carts to stand in public street at night without any Light at his Door, and for every offence after notice we amerce him in the sum of 6s. 8d.

26. Richard Gregson for not opening and Scouring a Ditch at the bottom of ffeeble Street and if not opened and Scoured in three weeks after Notice We Amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

27. Samuel Thompson for not putting an Iron Grate over a Sough Platt near the bottom of the Tythbarn Street and opposite at the bottom of ffeeble Street and if not done in one week after Notice We amerce him in the sum of 13s. 4d.

28. John Dalton Esq., Mr Wm Prichard, Henry Freckleton and John Danson for not having boards over their Cellar tops in the Public Street and if not done in two days after Notice hereof we amerce them in each 6s. 8d.
