1. Mr John Gardner Atty at Law for not placing Rails opposite to some Iron Bars at his House in the Church Street and if such Rails are not properly placed within One Month after Notice We do amerce him in the sum of 13s. 4d.

2. The Inhabitants of Preston and also Mr Geo: Blelock, Mr Nicholas Starkie, Mr Richd Shawe, Mr Jno Myers, Mr Jas Heatley, Mr Wm Birchall, Mr Thos Cooper, Mr Jno Danson, Mr Robt Bailey and Mr Jno Watson for not repairing a certain Road leading from Cocker Hole to Wm Salisbury's Garden near Avenham. And if the same is not well and sufftly repaired within Six Months after notice We amerce them severally in the Sum of 40s.

3. Mr Jas Heatley for not repairing a Sough at the bottom of Turks head yard, And if the same is not well and sufftly repaired within two Months after Notice We do Amerce him in the sum of 40s.

4. William Tomlinson for not covering the Watercourse made to convey the Lime Water from his Skin House down Midsprit Weend And if the said Watercourse is not sffly covered within one Month after Notice We do Amerce him in the Sum of 10s.

5. Widow Thompson for not removing a quantity of Rubbish in the Midsprit Weind And if the same be not removed in the space of ffive days after Notice We amerce her in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

6. John Scott? for not making a Wall or ffence to confine his Midding Stead in the Church Weend and if not done in 6 months after notice We Amerce him in the sum of £5.

7. Samuel? Parker? for not repairing a certain Sough in the Church Weend And if the same is not repaired in the space of one Week after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

8. The Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses of Preston, Sir Henry Houghton Bart and the Revd Humphrey Shuttleworth Clk for not repairing a part of the Church Weend leading from the above Sough to the Tyth Barn And if the same is not repaired in the space of six months after notice We amerce them severally in the sum of ten pounds.

9. John Hoggett for placing three Carts and a Quantity of Dung in the Church Weend And if the same are not removed in the space of 14 days after Notice We amerce him in the sum of _____

10. Edward Dewhurst for placing a Quantity of Dung in the Church Weend and if the same is not removed in the space of 14 days after notice we amerce him in the Sum of ten shillings.

12. Edward Brown for placing a Quantity of Rubbish in the Back Lane And if the same is not removed in the space of 14 days after Notice We amerce him in the Sum of Six Shillings and Eight pence.

13. Roger Pollard for placing a Quantity of Rubbish in the Back Lane And if the same is not removed in the space of one week after notice We amerce him in the sum of _____
